Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Greet and supply information to all incoming clients in the sales office
Answering incoming telephone calls in the sales office
Handle incoming direct inquiries
Type letters, contracts, bookings, etc., on a timely basis
Assist DOS with EOM reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Working in office environment with Business dress attire required
Service oriented individual Friendly outgoing manner
Excellent telephone etiquette
Windows, word processing, spreadsheet experience required
